Lung Trust is aimed at adults who want a simple daily herbal routine alongside clean air, activity and regular checkups. The bottle label calls it a respiratory blend and describes it as nourishing the lungs. Those are label themes, not guarantees, and results vary.
What is in it?
The seller names mullein extract. The amount, extract ratio and carrier liquid are not published on the seller’s page, so always check the Supplement Facts and Other Ingredients panels on your bottle.
| Ingredient (as named by the seller) | What it is |
|---|---|
| Mullein Extract | A liquid extract of the mullein plant (Verbascum), an herb with a long traditional history |
See the ingredients page for what mullein is and how it is commonly discussed.
How do you take it?
Lung Trust is taken by the drop. The seller’s own materials describe more than one schedule, so follow the directions printed on your bottle’s label, shake before use as directed, and contact support if you are unsure.
Who should be careful?
Safety first: A persistent cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, chest pain or coughing up blood needs medical evaluation, not a supplement. Check with a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, take medication or have a lung condition.
What it is not
It is not a drug and not a treatment for asthma, COPD, bronchitis, a chronic cough or any other condition. It is not a substitute for quitting smoking. Individual results vary, and lung health depends mainly on avoiding smoke, clean air, activity and medical care.
