Quick answer: Extract labels may show an extract ratio, a standardized compound or a simple amount per serving. The seller of Lung Trust does not publish these on its page, so the label on your bottle is where to look.
Extract ratio
A ratio such as 1:5 describes how much plant material was used per amount of liquid. Higher or lower does not automatically mean better.
Standardization
Some products are standardized to a named compound. Many traditional herbs, including mullein, are not standardized in the same way.
Amount per serving
The Supplement Facts panel should show how much extract each serving contains. Without it you cannot compare products or research.
What this means for Lung Trust
The seller names mullein extract without an amount or ratio. We do not claim any strength. Check your bottle’s label before use.
